Place were the Buraq was tighted by Prophet Muhammed  (Choicest blessing and peace be upon him) on the night of Miraj.
The night journey of Prophet Muhammad (SAWS) from Makkah to Jerusalem and his ascension to the seventh Heaven.
Al-Buraq is the creature which Prophet Muhammad (SAWS) used to ascend to the seventh heaven.
The journey of Al-Israa and Al-Miraj is of a highly symbolic nature. After prophet Muhammad (SAWS) circumambulated Al-Ka'ba, he found al-Buraq[8].
It was going to be his means of transportation at first from the Holy  Masjid to the Aqsa  Masjid.
Anas Ibn-Malik provides a description of Al-Buraq, 'Prophet Muhammad (SAWS) said, "I was brought al-Buraq Who is an animal white and long, larger than a donkey but smaller than a mule, who would place his hoof a distance equal to the range of his vision."
From this Hadith we learn the degree of faith of the prophet's companions who believed in such an incident that is beyond human comprehension in a time when even modern means of transport like trains and planes had not yet been invented.
Moreover, Allah  Subhana Wa Taala  used al-Buraq to challenge and remind us that His capability and power shall always surpass our knowledge no matter how far we reach in science and technology until the Day of Judgment.
So never ever, boast about before The Ever-Powerful Allah  Subhana Wa Taala .

Dome of the Rock, the architectural jewel of Islam and the Damascus  Masjid, its master piece.
According to an inscription found on the building, the Dome of the Rock was built by the Caliph Abd-el-Malik between 691-692.
The dome forms the heart of the complex of Al-Haram Ash-Sharif and covers the rock "Sakhra" from where Prophet Muhammed  (Choicest blessing and peace be upon him) ascended to heaven accompanied by Archangel Gabriel.
By building the Dome of the Rock to cover the sacred "Sakhra", Abd-al-Malik wanted to match his rival Ibn Zubayr (who rebuilt part of the Kaabah,  Masjid between 683-392) in his devotion to Islam.
A more compatible view with the aspiration of Abdel Malik is that he wanted to glorify the location of Masjid Al-Aqsa as mentioned in the Quran.
The  Masjid of Omar (presently al-Aqsa  Masjid) was first introduced there since the days of the second Caliph Omar, when the Muslims entered Jerusalem.
Many more people confuse the two buildings and call them Al-Aqsa  Masjid. The reality is that the whole complex is called Al-Haram Ash-Sharif which embraces both buildings.
The significance of this building can be seen in numerous levels. The geometrical pattern of both plan and elevation, and the relation between dome, arches and columns, all create a sense of harmony and unity greatly emphasised by the rich décor of polychrome marble and colourful mosaics

Two Sufi Saints Visit the Grave of Prophet Yusha (Joshua)
The two deputies of Mawlana Shaykh Nazim Al-Haqqani Shaykh Hisham Kabbani and his brother Shaykh Adnan Kabbani visit the grave of prophet Yusha (Joshua) in the suberbs of Tripoli in Lebanon. These tow holy men are huge saints (awliya) in their own right, accompanying them on such a visit was a great honor and an amazing experience.
